Start with the garment, measurements, fabric direction, deadline, and reference. The atelier replies with questions and a quote. No cutting or payment begins before approval.
Rental safety
Check pickup and return dates first. Confirm fit, deposit, cleaning, damage, cancellation, delivery, and return terms in the conversation before acceptance.
Digital designs
Every digital asset must state the file type, size range, usage license, revision scope, and delivery method. Do not publish a design without the creator approval.
Fabric care & sourcing
Ask for composition, width, weight, stretch, care, origin, sample availability, and minimum order before purchase. Keep sustainability claims supported by evidence.
