Welcome to Shevolia (“the Site”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Shevolia website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform.
By registering, browsing, shopping, or opening a vendor store on Shevolia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Definitions and Marketplace Structure
Platform: Shevolia is an online multi-vendor marketplace tailored for women’s products, powered by WooCommerce and Dokan software.
Buyers / Customers: Individuals who browse and purchase products listed on the platform.
Vendors / Sellers: Independent third-party business owners or creators who register, set up virtual storefronts, and list products on Shevolia.
The Contract: When a customer purchases a product, the contract of sale is formed directly between the Buyer and the respective Vendor. Shevolia acts as a venue facilitator and mediator, not as the direct seller of vendor inventory.
2. Account Registration and Security
Eligibility: To create an account (either buyer or vendor), you must be at least 18 years old or access the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile details updated.
Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or disrupt the marketplace marketplace standard.
3. Terms of Sale for Buyers
Product Listings: Vendors are solely responsible for the description, pricing, variation swatches, and availability of their products. We strive to ensure accuracy, but Shevolia does not guarantee that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
Pricing and Payments: All prices are set by the respective vendors. Payments are processed through our integrated secure payment system.
Order Fulfillment: Shipping and delivery are managed directly by the independent vendors. Shipping times are estimates provided by the vendor and may vary.
Returns and Refunds: All purchases are subject to our global Refund and Return Policy.
4. Terms for Vendors (Sellers)
Store Management: Vendors must manage their digital storefronts professionally, ensuring proper customer communication through our messaging system (Better Messages).
Product Compliance: Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, restricted, or non-feminine items that fall outside the marketplace scope.
Commissions and Payouts: Shevolia deducts a platform service commission from vendor sales, as agreed upon during vendor onboarding. Payouts are transferred to vendors according to our financial ledger schedule.
Customer Privacy: Vendors receive buyer shipping information strictly for order fulfillment purposes. Using buyer data for unsolicited marketing outside of Shevolia is an explicit breach of these terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Platform Misuse
Users (both buyers and vendors) agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to breach local e-commerce regulations.
Circumvent the Shevolia transaction system by encouraging buyers or sellers to complete payments outside the platform.
Harass, abuse, or send spam via our internal messaging system.
Upload viruses, malware, or code designed to interfere with site performance, Elementor design modules, or WP Fastest Cache protocols.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Content: The Shevolia logo, UI designs, code, graphics, and custom themes (Shopwell) are the exclusive property of Shevolia and are protected by copyright laws.
Vendor Content: Vendors retain ownership of the media and text they upload to their product listings, but grant Shevolia a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shevolia provides the platform on an “as-is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from third-party disruptions.
Shevolia is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, or disputes arising from transactions between buyers and vendors.
8. Dispute Resolution and Mediation
In the event of a disagreement between a buyer and a vendor regarding delivery, product quality, or returns, both parties must first attempt to resolve the issue through our integrated messaging system.
If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the issue to Shevolia Administration. Our team will act as an arbitrator, reviewing chat history and delivery receipts to issue a final decision.
9. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
